Equipment

  • Spray Bottle

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. regular unscented bleach

  • 4 cups water

Instructions

To Use

Add 1/2 tsp. regular unscented bleach and 4 cups of water to a spray bottle.
Spray down kitchen surfaces and tools thoroughly and wait.

Wait 2 Minutes!

To properly sanitize, the surface must stay wet for at least 2 minutes!

Then Wipe

After 2 minutes or more, then wipe dry (no rinsing is necessary).

Notes

Do not use a spray bottle that previously had other chemicals in it. Even if you've cleaned it, you could contaminate your kitchen and food.
